Broccoli has long been considered as a superfood. I mean, one of the healthiest veggies because of its nutritional makeup.

It is high in dietary fiber, thus excellent for detoxification, weight loss, and our gut health. Great for skincare, eye health, and is anti-aging.

Broccoli has powerful antioxidants to fight cancer, and vitamin C to aid in iron absorption.

Due to the presence of calcium, and vitamin K, broccoli is also good for bone health.

Rest it helps reducing cholesterol, inflammation, allergic reactions.

Salads are one good way to incorporate broccoli into our diet.

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 2-3 cups Lettuce & Romaine Hearts 🥬
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets 🥦 
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes 🍅
  • 2 Persian Cucumbers 🥒 
  • 2 small Oranges 🍊
  • 2-4 tbsps. Homemade Paneer
  • Salad Dressing:
  • White Vinegar or Lemon Juice 🍋
  • Garlic (minced or powder)
  • Mustard (paste or powder)
  • Olive Oil 
  • Black Pepper 🌶 
  • Pink Salt 🧂 
Note: Place all salad dressing ingredients (as per our preference) into a mixing bowl. Whisk them to blend together.
Homemade Paneer And Broccoli Salad

Place all salad ingredients (properly washed, spinned, and chopped) into a bowl. Give a gentle toss. Top it with some extra paneer and serve!

Note: Our Homemade Broccoli and Paneer Salad is very easy to assemble. I always prefer using homemade fresh and soft paneer into this salad. Otherwise, any store bought paneer or cheese of our choice is good to go. Here, we may use steamed broccoli as well.
