Ingredients
- 1 n 1/2 cup Mango chunks
- 1 n 1/2 Strawberry halves
- 4 small Oranges
- 1 n 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
- 1 n 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (vegan yogurt)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Milk (coconut, almond, or soy milk)
- 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp. Honey (Coconut Sugar, Palm Sugar, or Dates) (optional)
- 3 to 4 Ice Cubes

Wash, peel, and prepare the fruits (mango, strawberries, and oranges) for blending...

Separate the juice of canned pineapple chunks...

Place all four fruits into the blender jar...

Add yogurt, milk, chia seeds, ice cubes, and honey. Blend until nice and smooth (less than 30 secs.)...

Pour the Mango and Strawberry Smoothie into the serving cups or glasses...

Garnish with strawberry halves or mango chunks...

May top with some extra chia seeds as well and it's ready to serve...
