Mango and Strawberry Popsicles
Rising temperatures ☀️ mean cooling treats! Popsicles are one of the most popular summer treats among the kids. Even the adults opt for it because the calorie count is much lower than the ice cream.
A popsicle is a liquid-based frozen snack on a stick. Unlike ice cream or sorbet, which are whipped while freezing to prevent ice crystal formation, a popsicle is “quiescently” frozen—frozen while at rest and becomes a solid block of ice. The stick is used as a handle to hold it.
Homemade fruit popsicles make an excellent choice. As these are created with fresh, flavorful, and nutritious fruits with a little organic sugar or no added sugar.
Here‘s a quick, easy, and super-hit recipe of my homemade mango and strawberry popsicles.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Mango Pulp (flavorful)
- 2 tbsps. Lemon Juice (fresh) 🍋
- 1/4 cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water (regular drinking)
- 1 cup Strawberry (chunks or pulp with little sugar)
Directions
Place all ingredients (except the strawberries) into a blender jar. Blend it for about 30 secs…and our fruit mixture is ready to pour into the popsicle molds…

Carefully, fill in the fruit mixture into the molds..drop a few strawberry chunks or pulp along with it. Place the molds into the freezer for 2 to 4 hrs..

Unmold the popsicles..

Gorgeous and delicious Mango and Strawberry popsicles are ready to enjoy!
Note: For a fruit popsicle, make sure that our fruit(s) tastes good. Try using strawberry pulp (with a little sugar) instead of chunks. The popsicle was again a big hit. I am planning to create a variety of delicious popsicles this summer.
